Flashing result of an Itel stuck on the logo with UpgradeDownload
As you can see from the screen capture above, trying to repair an Itel A12, A11 which is stock on logo using SPD UpgradeDownload encountered and error. Also at this point, trying to format the phone with tools like miracle box will also yield a negative result.
How then do we fix this issue
The credit for the solution to this goes to DEARLEX of 9jarom for this new tool FactoryDownload. The tool is just like the normal UpgradeDownload tool but thanks to it you can get your Itel which is stock on logo fixed.
To use the tool, proceed thus;
- Make sure to have spd drivers installed on your computer.
- Download also the SPD NPI USB drivers and install,
- Download stock firmware for your Itel from here
- Download Itel hang on logo FactoryDowload tool
- Extract both firmware and tool.
- Launch FactoryDownload tool and load firmware packet file.
- Remove the phone battery and reinsert.
- Connect the phone to computer via USB while holding down the boot key(Vol down).
- The flashing process will start, and at the point where you had a "failed: operation failed" error with UpgradeDownload, you will be asked to unplug the phone, remove the battery and reconnect. This process will repeat twice, and after the second re-plugging, the flashing process will continue smoothly.
